Seems like you spent a bit of time on this, but because we are supposed to tell whats good and whats bad; here is what I think. The neck is a little too long, you could do with out the folds (lines) between the eyes and eyebrows. Looking at it the chin seems to be short on the left side and longer on the right. other than that its great. the shading is beautiful, the eyes are perfect, and the colors work great.

What do use to draw?

I used SmoothDraw 3 and an Intuos Manga, with the 2b pencil tool and marker.
