I have been working my ass off making this animation but my software is limited. I can't animate frame by frame. I have to draw everything before hand and it takes up too much time also considering I don't have a graphic tablet. Does anyone know where I can get a nice, cheap tablet and what version of adobe flash is cheapest. I have little to no money.

Can't vouch for quality though, I know nothing about tablets. But good luck!

Wacom Bamboo is the tablet I recommend starting with. Legally, no versions of Adobe Flash are free.
As far as animating goes, frame by frame is actually the slowest and most tedious way to go about it, so if you don't have the patience to work with tweens then I have some bad news for you.

I've toyed with flash and I think it would make my animations smoother. Sure it'll take some time but it would be much easier in my opinion. Thanks for the feedback!
